Refund Policy

Subject to the terms below, we offer refunds on the purchase of goods but not on the provision of services. 

Our courses are hosted on the Teachable.com platform. In keeping with Teachable's refund policies, you may request a refund, for any reason, within 14 days of enrolling in a course. For details on Teachable's refund policy, and how to apply for a refund within the Teachable platform, click here.  

If more than 14 days have passed since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Accordingly, we encourage all who enroll in our course to begin review and study of the materials as soon as possible after enrolling.

When products or services are purchased from an affiliate of TeachEnglishInBrazil.com, the request for a refund, and any return of materials, must be submitted to the actual supplier of the goods or services, not to TeachEnglishInBrazil.com. In such cases, the governing returns and refunds policies will be those of the individual or company from whom the actual purchase was made.
